The TWC Draincare Team
Based in our offices in Thirsk, Peter and Julie are the people you will meet first. They’re a cheerful pair who understand how worrying it can be when you’re having problems with your drains.
They may ask you a lot of questions, and some you may not know the answer to, but don’t worry…they’ll help find the right solution. At TWC Draincare, we understand that a problem with your drains can be very stressful, so we strive to make the experience as simple as possible.
Once we know what the issue is we’ll schedule a visit from one of our engineers.
Now we may refer to them as drainage engineers, but with backgrounds ranging from the military to welding, machinery to logistics we think of them as superheroes in salopettes! Every day for them is different, and they never know what they’re going to face next. But that doesn’t put them off, in fact that’s one of the things they like most about their jobs!
The team always go above and beyond to make sure that your pipes are functioning at their best and customers are encouraged to ask as many questions as they like.
For us, the job is not just about fixing the drain, it’s about working with customers to find the right solution. Whatever question you ask, the team will try to give you a no-nonsense, jargon-free answer.
What does a typical day look like
At TWC Draincare we offer a multitude of drain-related services including:

- CCTV Drain surveys
- Compliance of septic systems
- Servicing and repairs of treatment plants
And on any particular day our engineers may focus on just one, or they may be doing any combination of them.
