TWC Draincare Ltd is a family-run drainage company based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, delivering exceptional service to our customers across the Northeast, Yorkshire, and North Lincolnshire.

We are looking for keen and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Drainage Engineers. Experience in drainage or a related field is preferred but not essential – the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service are what matter most at TWC Draincare. Full training will be provided.

Our Drainage engineers:

Attend residential and commercial sites to investigate and resolve drainage issues
Carry out drain cleaning, unblocking, and repairs using specialist equipment
Assist with CCTV drain surveys and reporting findings
Support with planned maintenance works on drainage systems and pumping stations
Maintain equipment and vehicles to a high standard
Deliver excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
Work as part of a team and independently when required

We are looking for people who are:

Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills
Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a physical role and in all weather conditions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in drainage, plumbing, groundworks, or similar trades
Knowledge of drainage equipment and safety practices
Relevant certifications (e.g. confined space, CSCS, high pressure water jetting)
