We do not add on call out charges or hidden costs– we will always be upfront with you about the prices we charge, and how much your problem might cost to fix. After a fast, local response, one of our expert engineers will arrive. Depending on the nature of your problem, they will discuss with you an immediate solution (like drain jetting), or undertake some exploratory work to find out exactly what you are dealing with. A CCTV drain survey will allow us to take detailed images of your drain system, meaning that we can show you exactly what has gone wrong, and give you a detailed report on how we can fix it.
