Excellent service from start to finish. Office staff very helpful at arranging a drain technician to attend and then rearranging appointment due to change of our plans. Drain technician arrived exactly when scheduled and very efficiently unblocked first of three drains, moved to second drain and quickly cleared as much as is possible, but due to drain being around 80 to 100 years old and the fact that tree roots have grown into the drain, established it would not be possible to completely clear that drain. It is now working better than it was. Moved to third drain and very quickly had that jetted and running freely. My tenant had a blocked drain in Darlington. I payed 2 different local companies to go and sort the problem and was still left with a blockage as well as still been charged. First company charged £75 to turn up, on arrival they rang and said it would be £375 just to try rod it. Second company charged £115 to turn up, I asked if there would be any extra fees and they said no. However they then came back to me and said it would need to be vacuumed and would be over £600 to unblock. After having a few more expensive quotes over the phone. I called TWC and spoke to Liam, him and the team had it jetted in 2 hours and charged £240. I received a detailed job report after which neither of the previous companies did. TWC Drain Care are excellent. We had outstanding service by Martin, whose extensive experience and knowledge solved a serious drain issue that another firm had failed to sort out. His forensic skills in discovering and solving the issue were most impressive, and I can't recommend this firm enough. We had a blocked sewer so called TWC who came out the next day in the morning. The blockage was cleared so sewage could leave the property and go into the mains. The man put a camera down as well to check for any broken pipes. The service we received was quick and not expensive. My toilet has been blocked for 3 days and a plumber unable to clear it. I usually turn to fb for recommendations but, for the first time ever, had a look in my local On Your Doorstep. From the first call, I felt confident that the problem would be sorted. Everyone in the office is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Martin, the engineer, came - found the right manhole cover, put a camera through the system then cleared the blockage with a flex. He checked the seals and gave me advice should the problem arise again. I would definitely use TWC again (although I hope I don't have to) and would recommend 100%. The TWC team have just spent a week installing a sewage treatment plant for me.
From start to finish the whole team have been fantastic, and the job ran smoothly and promptly and even after the job was finished and I had a few niggles TWC sent me an engineer out who was friendly and helpful and got the job done. Karen from the office is quick to respond and extremely helpful and Peter goes above and beyond to help nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend TWC for any of your drain care the whole team are great.

Twc came out to fix my drain ,, grant went above and beyond to sort problem ,, but because it was a shared drain blockage was somewhere else ,, totally professional company and really nice lad in grant ,, highly recommended
